Refund Policy

• Before dispatch: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp. A full refund will be issued for card payments. Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled at no charge.
• After dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item upon delivery (see Returns below).

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• The item arrived damaged or broken
• The item received does not match the product listing (wrong item)
• The item has a manufacturing defect

We cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind (please review product descriptions carefully before ordering)
• Perishable items (food, candles, bath products) once opened
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items damaged due to improper use after delivery

To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at +971 56 102 2345 with your order ID and photos of the issue.

Card payments: Refunds are processed back to your original payment card within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cash on Delivery: Refunds for COD orders are processed as a bank transfer to your UAE bank account within 3–5 business days. You will need to provide your IBAN when requesting the refund.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

If your order arrived damaged or an item is missing, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original and place a new order. Standard return conditions apply.
