Terms of Service

Yam3ah ("we", "us", "our") is a UAE-based online marketplace connecting independent artisans and handmade product sellers with buyers across the United Arab Emirates. By using our website at ym3ah.com, placing an order, or registering as a seller, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the UAE to use Yam3ah as a buyer or seller. By using the platform you confirm you meet these requirements.

• All seller applications are reviewed and approved by the Yam3ah team within 48 hours.
• Sellers must only list handmade, artisan, or UAE-sourced products. Mass-produced items are not permitted.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, descriptions, and availability.
• Yam3ah charges a 10% commission on each completed sale. Sellers keep 90% of the sale price.
• Seller payouts are processed weekly to a UAE bank account provided at onboarding.
• Yam3ah reserves the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms.

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment (card) or placement (cash on delivery).
• Delivery is available across all seven UAE emirates. Delivery takes 1–3 business days.
• A flat delivery fee of AED 15 applies to all orders across the UAE.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.
• Once an order is confirmed, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery slot.

• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Yam3ah does not store your card details.
• Cash on Delivery is available on all orders. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Sellers retain ownership of their product photos, descriptions, and brand assets. By listing on Yam3ah, sellers grant us a non-exclusive licence to display this content on the platform and in marketing materials.

• Listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods.
• Misrepresenting product origin, materials, or handmade status.
• Harassing buyers, sellers, or Yam3ah staff.
• Attempting to transact outside of the platform to avoid commission.

Yam3ah acts as a marketplace intermediary. We are not responsible for the quality or fitness for purpose of individual seller products. However, we take quality concerns seriously — please contact us on WhatsApp if you have an issue with an order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Yam3ah after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
